How do I collect my wristband?

Once you have purchased a wristband online you can collect it & your Varsity Bar Crawl T-shirt at one of the collection points:

3pm – 5pm; Sunday 25th September; ICON Nottingham

Can you purchase tickets at the door?

As our freshers’ wristbands completely sell out there will be no tickets at the door.

How old do I have to be to attend?

18+. No acceptions.

Can I bring non-students?

No, our events are student-only to provide a safe environment for freshers and university students alike!

Are tickets refundable?

If you do not get into a Nottingham University we will refund your tickets. We will need to see proof from UCAS track and a copy of your Government ID to match. Please email this to refunds@studentzoneuk.com no later than 5 days after results day. All refund requests submitted after the deadline or that are incomplete/invalid will be declined.
