FAQs:

How do I collect my wristband?

Once you have purchased a wristband online you can collect it from the first event you go to on the wristband. You will be given a voucher for your Varsity Bar Crawl T-shirt which can be exchanged from:

3pm – 5pm; Sunday 25th September; ICON Nottingham, 13-15 St James’s Street, Nottingham, NG1 6FH

Its extremely important you dont lose your voucher or you will need to purchase another ticket.

Can you purchase tickets at the door?

As our freshers’ wristbands completely sell out there will be no tickets at the door.

How old do I have to be to attend?

18+. No acceptions.

Can I bring non-students?

No, our events are student-only to provide a safe environment for freshers and university students alike!

Are tickets refundable?

If you do not get into a Nottingham University we will refund your tickets. We will need to see proof from UCAS track and a copy of your Government ID to match. Please email this to refunds@studentzoneuk.com no later than 5 days after results day. All refund requests submitted after the deadline or that are incomplete/invalid will be declined.
